Product Description

Crane rails are widely used in bridge-type gantry and floor-mounted cranes in ports, docks, shipyards, warehouses and other manufacturers. The various models of crane rails sold have different profiles (specifications) to meet the load capacity of different cranes. The general characteristics of crane rails are wide base, thick web, and low center of gravity.

A 100 Crane Rail Specifications:
Crane rails of this type (Type A) are hot rolled flat bottom rails. It belongs to the hot-selling series of DIN536 rails defined in Germany and popular in Europe.

The sizes of DIN 536 crane rails include A45, A55, A65, A75, A100, A120, A150. The numbers represent the width of the head in millimeters. The 100 rail has a head width of 100 mm.

In terms of materials, 700 grades, 900A grades and 1100 grades can be provided according to customer requirements. Stronger crane rails are available for projects requiring heavier crane loads.

Different materials give crane rails different chemical properties. The tensile strength of A100 rails is 690 to 1080 N/mm².

The dimensions of the A100 crane rail consist of head width, height, base and web. The weight is 74.3kg/m. The standard length of the A100 rail is 10-12m.
